Is our pilot apprentice program for teens aspiring to pursue an entrepreneurial career in the music/recording industry.

THE WORK
In our pilot, we a teamed a diverse group of high school students with local, independent recording artists, music producers and musicians to mentor and instruct them how to professionally write, arrange and record their first original song.
In addition to the recording experience, our mentors also educated these young hopefuls of the importance and necessity of learning and understanding about the Business of Music, such as how to legally protect their creative works, joining a performance rights organization to become registered songwriters and understanding royalties and publishing compensation.
RHYTHMSRECORDS
To showcase their hard work, students will have the ultimate experience of having their songs published and distributed to various major music markets through RHYTHMS RECORDS, our very own independent music label created exclusively to showcase our RIAMMP student artists.
Proceeds from RHYTHMSRECORDS will provide scholarships to participating students as well as allow us to expand and offer the program to future students.
